I get 30 fps, i'll be getting a new vid card some day.

I'm sure it'll run better when I'm back on a real box, but this laptop is already no slouch. My concern is mostly that the point of PS2 was to get as many people into it as can be, and that's not gonna be possible if the barrier to entry is a recent rig. Then again optimization tends to be the last step, so they've got time to fix it.
