Even if it was made to order, you're still looking at a raw egg product that's sitting at room temperature (or slightly warmer) for what could be a prolonged time, depending on how busy/scatterbrained/lazy your server/expo is. Make it at home all you want, but that shit's a breeding ground for bacteria.
