I've found that black girls aren't insanely demanding drama whores like white chicks, but what they often are, is very erratic. JK. There's a girl I'm kinda talking to, and she is way out of my league and I honestly have no idea how she's even slightly interested in me to any degree. Being a single parent blows btw. I think you have a good start + unrealized potential, no homo.

At the age my children are at, I'm reluctant to involve anyone else with them for the time being because they honestly don't understand enough to be upset. They know they have me, and they know they have their mom. They definitely pick up on the fact that things are different, but I don't think they'd be resentful towards a new potential love interest (using the word love very loosely, you guys know what I mean).

They'd probably become very attached, and if things went south it wouldn't be good for them. I'm probably going to talk to a counselor and do some reading on the subject before I really make any major decisions.


Right now, it's entirely nothing with this girl. She has the hots for me, I have the hots for her, and we're very compatible interests wise. I know neither of us is ready to date, and so does she. I think people have foreveralone syndrome far too much, hence the high rate of failed relationships...people start new relationships before they're ready.
