Oh, I know. I have no small idea. Just goes to show that the problems are industry-wide (ultimately driven by cultural and social factors).

I'm still curious, though. What controversial changes is this guy referring to?

I don't know. Every change has been either some fix, balance change, or remove a pathing/map exploit in dungeons. So now instead of some people farming the first 1-3 bosses repeatedly for easy tokens you now complete a whole run for tokens and get bonus tokens for the first completion of each path. You can look through all of the change logs but I don't remember seeing anything bad. It might be because gold->gem prices have been increasing but I doubt it. The only negative thing I can think of is some anti-farming thing where if you kill stuff in a certain area for an hour or something you get reduced drops/karma.

Are transfers still free? Because I hope not. Otherwise inc flood of fucks jamming queues up.

It shouldn't be no. Henge was the top rated WvW server since launch basically. I don't know what happened but my guess is all those "hardcore" WvW people said fuck it to the queues so they moved here instead.

The uber alliance on HoD "retired undefeated" and all the guilds dispersed to other servers or broke up. That lead to all the bandwagon types evacuating off the server via free transfers.
