I was talking to the sous chef at the country club I work at about how he was in a restaurant once and the table next to him ordered a tuna steak well done. The chef at the restaurant walked out to the table, slammed a can of tuna on the table, told them that they might as well be eating this, and then threw them out of his restaurant.

That's the only good use for canned tuna.

Tuna steaks are the fucking shit.

I went deep sea fishing a few years ago and we caught 400 lbs of meat between 4 of us. Like a bosssss. We froze it all and ate like kings all summer and well into the Spring. None went to waste, and it tasted just as fresh in the Spring.
