I don't know about possums, but washing cats is funny. They resist being dunked in the tub, splaying their legs across the length of the bath. Once you finally get them in the water, they go completely stiff and put this expression of offended dignity on their face. After they're done and are dried off, they strut away, very obviously pleased with their clean fur.

And it's the same every time.

That is definitely a hedgehog! As for the cat thing, you made me laugh because this is so true.. I would know..
I have a cat, with that baddest attitude, and washing him is a two man job. The whole sprawling their legs out is so true I'm dying thinking about the last time I washed him..

I will now go to bed happy. I love my kitty :D

We love your kitty, too.

I've called 911 for accidents before. I'd have called for it here. You're all objectively shitty people if you'd have done otherwise.

One day, I was running an errand and was on my way home. I was stopped at a street light. There was a KFC next to me. Some obviously obliterated guy walked out into the street, a KFC employee walking out of the door to watch (I'm assuming they had just asked him to leave). He pretty much just wanders across the road, people stop. It's whatever. Prolly six or seven hours later, I went out to grab something to eat. I see the same guy lying on the sidewalk, directly across from the street from KFC. I assume he's just drunk and passed out, but he was on his back. If he vomited, he'd likely aspirate and asphyxiate. So I call 911 and tell them I saw him a few hours ago and that now he's lying on the sidewalk, and I just thought they might want to send someone to check on him.

So I've called 911 for less than an accident. When I was on my back home, there was an ambulance loading him up, and he still appeared to be unconscious, so I dunno what happened there.

As far as losing my faith in humanity, today I went to the movies with the bf. As soon as it was over, I grabbed my trash and got up to go. My bf pushed the arm rest up, and some guy behind him tapped him on the shoulder. He said something like he met his wife at the movies because he was throwing popcorn at her from the seat behind her. He went on to tell us that she ruined his life 13 years later, and that my boyfriend shouldn't throw things behind him. Apparently, I missed grabbing a napkin that I'd set in the cupholder, and it fell out when he moved it. Guy was completely obliterated, could smell it a mile away. I told him we didn't throw it, must've left it, and he started rambling all pissed off again. I was just like dude whatever, picked up the one napkin that fell, and started to leave. But he's pretty lucky he didn't get belligerent, cause I don't put up with that shit.

A confrontation with the drunk guy, would justify taking off your shoes.

Nah. Just know that I generally don't go anywhere completely unarmed, if it were to come to that.

But I have beat the shit out of a few dudes, so I probably wouldn't need it.

LOL. Hardly! I mean, I definitely got some bruises, one fight I have pictures of (if you really need proof) because it was with my roommate when I was 17. The tl;dr version is he was a cokehead and decided he wanted to come after me one night, and really shouldn't have. I ended up with bruises, he ended up on the ground crying after the adrenaline wore off. My other three roommates were there as well.

He still tried to say it was a tie. Motherfucker pulled my hair, and I had JUST got done dying it. I was pissed. He fought like a girl. He ended up joining the military and was discharged because he's crazy.
