It's not a problem, and no worries, I take no offense. Just be sure that you look into the residency requirements for Ohio. Not all states are the same - some have more requirements, some have less. And being considered a resident of the state in general is different from being considered a resident for tuition. Look particularly at residency for tuition purposes.
http://www.uc.edu/registrar/residency_r ... dency.htmlThe way it sounds is that you can get "conditional residency" for tuition if you're self sustaining with PT/FT work in Ohio, and they will waive the 12 month thing as long as you're enrolled only part time. This is for UC though, check with whatever other colleges you look at too. They also seem to not want you to be getting any money from out of state. Doing so might take some finagling, like having money wired instead of depositing in a bank account, or sent as a check and cashed out.
That said, I'm sure you'll do fine. You're resourceful enough to make it work.
