They're better than the LAPD and CIA. I'll grant that much.

Actually, thinking about it more, I'll grant that the FBI is the best police service in the world, just because all of them are so bad.

The CIA has always sucked and used its poorly-defined mission of defending us from non-existent enemies, from pinkos to dirty bombs, to commit murder, terrorism and high treason. Whenever the CIA tries to do something more than murder and terrorize innocent people, they fail hard.
