Ethan, I think your bias stems from your disdain for escapists. I would venture to guess you feel anyone dependent on anything automatically implies intent to escape, therefore is cowardly.

not all smokers are burnouts, not all drinkers are drunks.

still, I think they should legalize MJ if only because of the blow it would be to drug cartels south of the border, and gangs in general. cuz fuck those people.

I can't smoke weed anymore unless I'm drunk (the alcohol buzz means less anxiety) because I end up thinking everyone hates me or I end up thinking about serious shit like how short life is and it just makes me paranoid and puts me in a place I don't feel comfortable in. I would not be able to drive while high because I think negatively and seriously, where I would vivdly imagine a car accident occurring and picture the crushed bodies in my head, therefore I wouldn't want to drive.

.. But I'll do acid and shrooms.

Oh, also on the idea of legalizing it I am all for it. Weed isn't for me but it helps a lot of the people I am around. Honestly, prescription pills abuse is the problem.

Excuse me if this all sounds weird. I usually post when I've been drinking.
