There is no such thing as a turbo fag deck in the current standard format. I'm very pleased with how balanced it is. There are some decks that will aggro the fuck out of somebody, sure, but some can stall until they've milled you with a single copy of
nephalia drownyard
. It's not exactly rock, paper, scissors because there are more decks in between that still satisfy the balance.
Also, some decks can be filled with $20 cards and still lose to a deck worth less than $50 in total. Just because a player stacks
Thundermaw Hellkite
doesn't mean that player is great. It's about building a good deck with a good curve with a solid plan.

Boros Reckoner
's infinite life/dmg combo is indeed pretty silly, but it's far from broken. If a player builds a deck in attempt to pull off the combo, that player will likely die attempting to pull it off. I got turn 4 inf life combo'd the other day during Gatecrash's "Game Day" by u/w/r midrange, but still managed to get game 2 and 3 because I played around helping him set up his combo.
