When will you be back in the area? Definitively, I know I'll be in Herndon again: next week, week of 3/11, week of 3/18, week of 3/25, week of 4/8, week of 4/15, and the week of 4/22. Generally, it's: three weeks on, one week off.
I think at the client's office there are 10 total people working on the project I'm on, and I'm #2 as far as abstract-knowledge of the subject and "best practices," and am I think #1 when it comes to actually implementing it, so by the end of next week I should be familiar enough with their processes and already-in-place frameworks to where maybe not all of those weeks will actually be necessary (If I had my way it might take a little bit longer as I want to rewrite their entire Maven project structure =/ ).

If you want to spend more time up here, wait until someone with access to important stuff walks away from their terminal, log into something important, and run the old "rm -rf." That should add a few more weeks to your trip.

I'll be back in MD on April 20th until sometime in August. LETS MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN

Eturnal suggested something about shooting, I'd be down for that.

I finally got a hold of the purchase order for my hours on this project, and it seems like 4/26/13 will be my last day (440 hours). Given that I'll likely be onsite the week of the 15th, maybe that following weekend I'll stay in the area and we can all slap our dicks hella-hard.

Not sure where I'll be getting shipped off to in May yet, but I'll let you nerds know when I find out.

I think my next assignment might also be in Herndon, just for a different company, but I'm not 100% on that. If it's anything like my other projects have been, I'll find out about a week before I am expected to physically be there.

I think it's time for me to set up some puppet company, which will hire your company and specifically request you for an assignment.

Then we can just slap dicks all day.

Switch your companies sites from Wordpress to CQ5, and then hire me to do the implementation. :)

I'm sure the other partners will take my need for dick slapping as sufficient justification for the expense. :P

So it's not for want of time you don't want to meet with me, you just have "Hollywood syndrome". Got it.

You've never hung out with me, so I'll make this short: I'm awesome.
To make it medium-length: I'm better than you.
To make it even longer: Eternulshift referred to me as one of the "smart liberals." Given that he hates anything left-of-center -- and these past six months are the driest I've been in years -- I must be hella fun to hang out with.

Or it means that two equally gullible bottom feeders are seeking validation for their pathetic existence, and finding it only amongst the equally pathetic.

You're neither awesome nor better than me. You are what you have always been, a basically worthless person.

You make a big deal about having a technical job (as opposed to one that requires personality) because in the final analysis...the ability to peck away at a computer in grim solitude is all you have.

Shit up another thread and I'm just getting rid of you. This is getting ridiculous, even for your pathetically low standards.

Last thread headed downhill when Rikki decided to validate his loser existence by bitching about someone he barely knows not having a job. I don't see how that's my problem.
