skipped out on me owing two months rent. now being a total dick every time I remind him that he still owes me money. So fucking pissed.

I assume he was renting to live in your house? If you didn't have a lease or anything you can't really go after his credit. If you did have some kind of lease...you should try to do that anyway...not sure what the process is...but giving him a black mark would be a great way to punish him for his insolence.


This is also why I don't have roommates...well except for my cat. But it's understood that paying rent is an impossibility for him, given his status as a normal cat. If he were a famous cat, like Grumpy Cat...then he would be expected to earn his keep through shenanigans.

I paid my bestfriend's bills for a year once when he was going through a rough time. He paid back all but $1500. It bugs me that he hasn't paid it back yet. I remind him, but still nothing.

Lesson learned: Don't lend people money you wouldn't be comfortable never seeing again.

My friend's girlfriend won't stop hassling me over $3, which I constantly never have because I never like to have cash on me (I tend to burn through cash if I have it, so I keep everything on my cards).

She also has a limitless credit card via her rich as hell parents, so I don't even know what the big deal is.

They're probably all terrible and/or embarrassing, so he'll be properly motivated to get you your cash.
