I re-subbed to WoW.

I even bought MoP. Will be leveling Azelma up to 90 for sure. Got the scroll of rez bonus, so I'll use that to get a monk up to level 80.

In the meantime:
-I don't understand the new talent system
-I don't understand how Paladin's work anymore (for my alt Eponine)

Should I just DE/sell all my level 85 gear (save for trinkets and my best shadow pieces)? I assume it's all worthless now.

This should be interesting.

You paid for a month.

You'll play for a day.

If I weren't raiding with the same few folks I've been playing with for the last like 5 years I wouldn't play anymore.

PvP is still unbalanced/FotM.
Dailys are still boring/grindy after you have done them once.
Playing alts seems a lot tougher than the last few Xpacs(due to rep grinds and how much time it takes to cap Valor now).
Doing anything out in the world as alliance is shitty, since the server is now getting close to 70% horde.

But I still love the challenges/teamwork of raiding, so I'm still plugging along ;}

TLDR The game was better when Dreys and I played alliance.

I haven't played since 2009, I'm half way through 88 and I don't know how to answer any of your questions either.

But you can save your old gear and transmogrify your new gear so it looks like that old gear.

You're 85 so you should know about transmog -> save any gear you might want for that, the rest is worthless.

Hook, line & sinker.

Curious, specifically, what juicy bait made you re-sub?

If it's true that our species is alone in the universe, then I'd have to say the universe aimed rather low and settled for very little.

That $65 would've been better spent helping you move to Raleigh!

It is for sure but I think for me (and I'm guessing a lot of people) it was a case of too little too late.

Personally I hated that I had to do a billion dailies a day for rep and what not. Never tried a monk though. Then again I never tried a DK either.

Reputation was easily the most annoying part of the game.

I was always OCD about rep, so it never bothered me. Except for the ones required by the insane achievement, because fuck those.

Still, I like the sound of Fantastique, the Beloved. Seems fitting for a priest.

I preferred old school reps that came from dungeons/ tokens that you could just waste a day farming. Rather than this crap that is daily capped and you have to waste an hour or so every day until its done ;[ I remember doing shadow labs over and over and over again with my bros one weekend, was tons more fun than these dailys.

RIP BC.

The Blizz argument is that people stop playing when they have all there grinds done, but I just leveled more chars. I spend just as much time in game now it's just that rather than leveling new classes I spend all my time outside raid doing the same farming of coins, VP and rep > <
