Hit the little button that says "youtube," it's on the second row of buttons. Copypasta the YouTube link in between the bracket sets that appear, and make sure it doesn't have that "player embed" garbage in it. The hit "Preview" instead of submit to see if it worked, and if it didn't, check/tweak it until you get it right. I'll fix your last post for you to make it work to give you an example.

I personally find pasting the link, then highlighting it, then clicking the youtube button to be much easier as opposed to trying to click in between brackets. ;]
