No, the Alliance is too weak to take back anything. I mean, you butts were INSIDE Orgrimmar and couldn't do a thing but help us get what we wanted!

Loooooool, Alliance actually getting something back, sorry, but with the loss of theramore, southshore and not acquiring Andorhal, alliance is going to continue not getting anymore city and just "raiding" enemy cities then leaving.

Also, I should have used different terminology about my previous post, anyhoot.

The game is gonna continue with Alliance losing cities and Horde losing prominent members.

He was xenophobic and caused huge HUGE problems and was bad for the Horde in general (and the Alliance of course).

What did you like about him?

If they really wanted to make things interesting, they'd set something up where the Alliance takes all of Lordaeron except Tirisfal, the Blood Elves join the Alliance, but in the course of making this all happen Varian does something monumentally stupid and wrong that pisses the Night Elves off so that they defect to the Horde. They'd probably have to rebalance classes to make that happen, but after all this time and cultural/racial intermingling, it's probably about time they let every race have every class.

As for Fant and liking Garrosh, the guy was actually pretty cool in Cataclysm. Take, for example, the difference between the Alliance and Horde entrances to Twilight Highlands. The Alliance version has the player run around doing errand quests for a 15-year-old prince and eventually hop on a 2-seater plane which lands safely (I think) at whatever the Alliance town is in the area. The Horde version has the player being a drill sergeant in Azshara, then boarding a zeppelin as part of an enormous warfleet that proceeds to bombard the everloving shit out of like eight twilight encampments, get attacked by dragons, split off into two groups so that some of the cannoneers can take potshots at the Alliance navy down below, and then go down in flames (but not before you kill like 90 drakes and Garrosh kicks a giant dragon to death with no weapons). First thing you do after going down in flames? Conquer a Dragonmaw base through sheer force of will and because Garrosh is basically channeling Patton at that point.

So yeah, there are good reasons for liking Garrosh. He just took a turn for the Hitler this expansion.

What Tuhl said. He grew on me. And during this expansion, before he turned xenophobe, he was really fucking scary and awesome. And even when he turned crazy, I still kinda liked him (but was almost convinced to swap to orc). Under Thrall, for instance, the Alliance and others had always felt they were on even footing with the Horde and had no fear or second thoughts about us. Then Garrosh came in, and nobody wanted to fuck with us. Thrall wanted everyone to get along and actually like the Horde whereas Garrosh decided that even if others didn't like us, they damn well feared us. A lot. When you click on him in Orgrimmar, he has one of my favorite lines from all the Horde leaders - "YOU WILL SERVE THE HORDE, OR BE CRUSHED BENEATH IT!"

Don't get me wrong, the guy has problems and I have issues with some of his decisions. Killing Cairne was a big one for me even though I have never been Tauren. But having the Horde be a force to be feared and respected was enough for me to let that issue take the sideline.
