$600-700 budget
Would prefer avoiding the process of building one due to lack of experience/not knowing friends who can help put it together.
Would like to be able to run WoW on high graphic settings (w/ reduced shadowing if necessary) and maintain 30 fps in raids!

Can it be done?

Girlfriend asked to go to an arts and crafts store today so I drove her there and walked over to the neighboring Office Depot. I talked to a guy who also plays wow and he suggested this desktop. He told me that it was the closest thing to a gaming setup that I could find there. It'll be $550 during the sale on Monday which allows for a $150 budget for a decent graphics card.

Specs:
Processor: AMD A10-6700 (Speed: 3.7 GHz)
Memory: 12 GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8670D graphics with up to 6244MB total available memory

Worth it?

R9 270 is supposed to be a rebadged 7870 (non XT version) so I can only assume the 270X would more closely match it but possibly not better. Buying used off of Craigslist can be a good deal but only if you know it is in working order before purchasing it.

Win8.1 is like 100 bucks, and if you are a student(collage) you can probably get a copy for like $10-20.

should also not be afraid of building one. i'd never done it before a couple years ago and it's extremely easy.

the hardest part of building a computer is aligning the motherboard with the case and that's not hard
