Like it says, I do. I'm essentially like Jon Snow about this (I know nothing), so the idea of buying parts and then assembling it myself, while it may be more economical, is not a thing. I need the thing to function, not create a deathtrap for mice and every living being in a 3 block radius.

Just need to be able to run WoW (maybe? is WoD any good?Worth it?), WC3, and SC2, and not be a POS in a year. Couple hundred bucks, if I can order it online or walk into a Best Buy and walk out with it, excellent. Office is good too, as I have a job and sometimes need to do work.

SO, I turn to you, fellow WoW refugees who are more knowledgeable in all things computer. What are my options?

PS - is SC2 online fun? I love WC3, I recently caught up with 2010 and finished all the SC2 single player campaigns and tried two games online. It's not WC, I can't just build more burrows and hope for the best. Anyone want to carry me around for a while and show me what to do?

If you are lazy as I am, I usually check MMO-champs setup of the month. I know little about build PCs so I don't know how well they fair, but at least it's an idea.

This is last months, they haven't showed this months yet.

Cool - I'll take a look. I'm hoping to just walk in to Best Buy or it's equivalent (or order online from the actual company) and walk out with a 1/2way decent laptop without paying too much in the way of extra $ because it's BB.

Assembling a desktop is like playing with expensive big kid legos but everything has a spot. I don't know what you can get for laptops though since I've never put much into keeping up with what is new.
