What goes in the perfect sandwich, you fat assholes?

Personally, I make this sandwich at work almost every time I'm there:

Ale Marinated Chicken Breast with skin, grilled till the skin gets almost burnt.
Sauteed Artichoke Hearts and Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
Bleu Cheese.
Grilled (not toasted, grilled) sesame-seed bun.

Optional: Our in-house Chipotle-Lime Aioli.

RETIRED.

I am a super plain eater. Ham, mayo, lettuce at 99% of the delis I go to.
However...a boar's head REAL deli...

Cajun turkey
Pepperjack cheese with jalepeno
Mayo
Lettuce

FUCKING BEST SANDWICH EVER

I will only eat that sandwich at certain places...Publix being one of those places that can make that sandwich quite well. Maybe only in Avalon Park in Orlando though

There are several kinds of perfect sandwich, depending on the mood.

I will post a better list when I'm not in AB.

At my local deli my favorite is a BFR.

Chicken breast, munster cheese, bacon, lettuce, russian dressing. NOMNOM

Also can't go wrong with classics like philly cheesesteak, gyros, ruebens etc.

Slightly buttered and toasted either white or wheat bread.
Take Roast Beef, or if you can find some good philly meat. Use that instead
Put it on a griddle/pan. Heat at about 75% heat until the sizzling stops or 4 minutes w/e comes first.
Cover in shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt for about 15 seconds.
Cover in BBQ sauce (mesquite or honey works best i've found) and let it go for about 15 seconds

Put said deliciousness inside bread and add any combo of, lettuce/tomato/onion/mayo. If you really like onions then you can add them before the cheddar also

afk making one

<---Down with the bruschetta as well.

Weirdly enough, the best bruschetta I have ever had...Houlihans on Rt 35 in Eatontown, NJ. Normall mediocre food AT BEST...but there is something about their bruschetta that is the jam.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruschetta
Its the only sort of raw tomato I eat outside of pico de gallo and other salsas, probably because I've never had a "real" tomato (ie. an organic, vine-ripened one).

Toasting the bread makes every sandwich soooooo much better :!:
