Like Tempest and most other guilds that have tried to farm heads, our efforts in clearing the place are stymied by people not wanting to be there, and therefore sparing no effort in sparing effort to make it as long and grueling a process as possible. Typically we wipe at least once or twice per reset and once or twice on Yogg.
Therefore, we typically dare not do XT, FL or Freya hard. We always do Hodir hard, simply because it'd be harder not to. We usually kill Vezax before the Animus spawns, which means a normal mode kill. Thorim is a toss-up. Sometimes we do Firefighter, but we're still trying to learn how to not get hit by the beam for Immortal.
We've never gotten the Vezax, Thorim, or Mimiron "no fail" achievements, the former two of which I still need. I believe with enough time eventually they will come to pass and so I have not pushed for them.
I require 19 more fragments. I lost group loot rolls to a hunter and a shaman until we realized people just can't handle group loot and now I get ML'd them.
