For the first time in 4 years, I backpeddled. I was on my DK (fitting) and I had 4 stacks of sanity left on yogg+0, so I backpeddled to attack an add that was behind me since Lunatic Gaze was off of CD.

Jesus christ I felt so dirty.

You're a druid, its different.

I have S bound to a stopcasting macro and A/D bound to strafe.

Consequently I had to hold down the Down Arrow to accomplish this.

in pvp its fine to backpeddle. same move speed as running(bullshit imo) and you can parry/dodge.

Backpeddling has only ever been good for fighting rogues. I'd try my absolute hardest to kill someone backpeddling. I was getting the message "You must be behind your target" or "you're out of range"

Sadly I always just ran away until like 2 years ago, I was leveling a alt and a twink rogue was going off in /bg about how you should run sideways cause you can dodge and such.
