1) Is she hot?
2) That really sucks that you are limited... how much do you pay per month? It should be cheap as hell if they limit you

Oh man, if I had a connection that could do substantial DL'ing and still have enough room to make games not lag, 60gb would be gone so fast.

I mean, I buy everything, and all the stuff on my HD is legit.

I get the same message most months. Canadian ISPs are terrible.

$50/month before bundle discounts >.>

Used to be on the $35 one but it was 30% of the speed and only allowed 25gig/month

Just thought you'd like to know about the USA....

AT&T:
$40/month - 6 Mbps, no limit

Verizon:
Fios $50/month - 15Mbps, no limit
Non-Fios $40/month - 7 Mbps, no limit

There is not enough competition to bring prices down in Canada or they could have made our prices based on previous dollar differences that are now equal. Who knows, I'm just offering suggestions.

10 Mbps

They also cap P2P upload speeds at 80 kbps, so any P2P services that punish leechers are really slow.

From America: Believe us, when it comes to internet, that just doesn't work.

I have a friend in Gothenburg Sweeden who claims to have 100mb/s fiber in his apartment. He is going to university there, so it's possible that's a campus thing, but I don't remember .gu.se having a lot of on-campus housing when I visited.

It's difficult to find really great rates in US or Canada just because of the size of coverage area. Sweeden/Denmark/Japan/etc have to cover about as much as a single US state for the entire country, so they can churn out the glass like it's nothin'. We have to worry about a nationwide offering that will hold up the same in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and every Springfield there is exactly the same...so it gets to be a matter of cost very quickly.

In b4 blame Canada.

To be fair, American internet is pretty shitty overall. And yes, Korea's is the best.

I think the US ranked in the 20s in terms of speed. That's the whole inspiration for Google making its new fiber optics internet.

Faster internet, no download limits = more money for Google

I for one think the internet should be free, and should be as fast as possible for everyone. But I guess i'm a hippie like that.

That would be nice, but I'd be a lot more concerned with the neutrality of the internet than the cost.
