This article kinda blew me away. I'm a huge fan of RPGs (SP/MP, Western/Asian, w/e), but I honestly don't think I've ever seen this much depth associated with any non-table top game. I'd be pretty pleased if I was proved wrong (which is entirely possible), but...

GW had the best combat, ever, and the only real problem with it was it was designed to be even more casual than WoW has gotten to be.

It had incredibly little for outside world, and even less for reasons to be out in that world. Said outside world was always instanced off as well.

GW2 looks like it has taking care of that. If it does, all they need is a semi-competent marketing team and they've pretty much taken over the world.

That article makes it sound more like a single-player game with co-op than a MMO.

That and I really have my doubts about GW, since GW never had anything to do once you reached level cap, other then GvG. Which is about as much fun as arena.
