The Saudi government is dumb, yes, i'll agree.

However, the entire religion itself isn't dumb. Just because some Christians choose to bomb abortion clinics or stand on university lawns condemning homosexuals to hell doesn't mean that Christianity is dumb. It means that the fundamentalist christian is stupid and takes everything in the Bible as literal fact, (ignoring the many contradictions within the book itself).


All religions have their fanatics who claim to be representing the true religion.

Just like there are peaceful, sensible Christians, there are peaceful, sensible Muslims.

Last time I checked, at least in Europe, Sharia law is only implemented in civil cases and only if both parties decide to go with it.

I don't see any harm in that.
