The value of the items you are offering as prizes is minuscule - single digit dollars. The pet box contains trash consumable items 98% of the time, and has a 1% chance of giving each of a handful of BoP pets. The flying machine kit is also nearly worthless.

I suspect what actually happened was, WoWTCG gave you items to give away to promote their site, and you embezzled them, keeping the items for yourself. It wouldn't make sense for them to offer you a prize worth ten bucks to raffle off if their goal is to promote their site to people who know anything about TCG, because all those people are already swimming in these junk items.
