the second post in the Christmas in May sticky, especially if you're involved in the drawings. I've decided to add some excitement and suspense to the rolls for the prizes, instead of just hammering out 5 rolls, and done. I realize this is still RNG, and changes nothing as far as the odds of any one player winning anything, but I want it to be more interesting. Zaryi and a couple of others already looked at it, and they understood it, but I'd like to hear any questions BEFORE the event so that I might be clearer, if possible. Thanks, guys.
Okay so the way I am understanding this is, everyone shows up. You random 1-104 x5 and those numbers go in the pool?
You roll for the 5k 1-5 roll?
You random 1-104 and put those 5 making 10 in the pool, but if one of the previous peoples numbers already in the pool is called they get kicked out and replaced?
You roll for 5k etc fill 10k etc fill 25k etc fill 50k WINNER?
I'll random 1-104 until 5 present are put into the 50k pool. Once you are in the pool, you are only eligible for the 50k.
Then I'll random 1-104 for 5k.
Then 1-104 until I have 10 in the 50k pool.
Then 1-104 for 5k.
Etc. until I have given away the 5k, 5k, 10k, and 20k prizes and have a pool of 20 who have a shot at the 50k.
