Ok, so everyone knows about this new chapter in Israel-Palestine. As of late, I've tried to stop caring about it and when it was first published that Israelis killed 9 activists on a ship, I was pretty pissed.
However, then I saw this video:

Palestinians that are trying to run through an Israeli blockade get boarded and then beat dudes with
guns with pipes, and then complain about getting shot at? You can't have both sides of the coin. Regardless of whether or not Israel does is "right", they're still doing it and everyone (especially Palestinians) know that Israel doesn't take any shit from anybody on this front, so why are they getting into pissing matches and then crying when one of the most militaristic nations on the planet curbstomps them?
Now there's news about some other ship trying to run the blockade:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100604/ap_ ... key_israel
Even though Israel has (reportedly) offered to dock the ship at an Israeli port, inspect their cargo, and then take it to Gaza, these activists refuse and are going to try and fuck with the navy.
In this article, people on the first ship even fess up to starting the fight with the Israelis:
Quote:
Returning activists admitted fighting with the Israeli commandos but insisted their actions were in self defense because the ships were being boarded in international waters by a military force.
Well, maybe you got boarded because you were trying to run a blockade? IDK, BRO.
I really can't figure out who's the bigger dipshit here, the country that may be doing something wrong but is at least constant about it, or the activists that are trying to do something right but insist on going about it in the most confrontational way possible with one of the most violent nations on the planet.
