Alejandro is "Fear of Sex Monster"
My take on the video is her statement on government oppression, nazi references refers to the "don't ask, don't tell" gays not being excepted by the catholic church, military etc.. her love for the gay community, that noone should hide themselves for who they are, and that so far she cannot find love herself. I believe Alejandro is gay and she longs for his love but he wants someone else.
