Yes.
Plus the entire Jeopardy line of skits.
I love the movie Anchorman because I laughed like an idiot while watching it. Stepbrothers was good, mostly because of John C. Reilly.
I'm drawing a blank as to what else he's done, I know it's a lot.
The Blue Oyster Cult/Cowbell skit wasn't funny because of Will Ferrible. It was funny because of Christopher Walken (the polar opposite of Christopher Reeve, ha ha).
You could have stuck anyone else doing a passable Sean Connery in the Jeopardy skits and they would have been funny. It wasn't anything great Will Ferrell did, it was the fact that Sean Connery is a complete douche...which admittedly makes him very cool...and that the whole skit riffed off that.
Everything he's done in movies that even remotely manages to amusing (which is not much) isn't anything you're laughing at because of great comic genius. You're laughing for the same reason you laugh when you see some spaz do something socially embarrassing.
I was starting to think John C. Reilly was OK, but then he started doing that damnable Tim and Eric show.
