What this is: It's a list of people who ninja loot. It is here so you can better protect yourself from wasting your time with a PuG just to have everything stolen in the end.
How does it work: The list is divided up into three sections, Accused, Proven, Notorius. Different things must done in order to make names appear in the different sections. Here is a rundown -
Accused - People on this part of the list have been accused of being a ninja by someone of the community. People in this part of the list should be watched carefully if they are forming a PuG,
but there is no reason at this point to refuse to run with them. It is in your best interest
TO SCREENSHOT THEIR LOOT RULES, this allows you to give hard evidence when you compare it to the ninja screenshot. To be on this part of the list only takes an accusation by somebody. Names on this list last 30 days before falling off.
Proven - People on this part of the list are confirmed ninjas. To be admitted to this part of the list, screenshots must be present of either both the loot rules and the ninja or just the ninja with an overwhelming number of accusations/a reputable accusation. For special cases like GDKP pot ninjas, a screenshot claiming it is a GDKP is needed plus a number of accusations/reputable accusation. Since these are only one time offenders, it's up to you whether to trust them or not,
there is always the chance that they are on this list by mistake or become only a one time offender.Notorius - People on this part of the list are repeat offenders. At this point, don't even group with these fucks, whether they're leading the raid or not, there is a chance the RL is a friend of the ninja. To be on this part of the list requires multiple instances of being proven a ninja or an overwhelming majority of the community already aware of your bullshit.

What is considered ninja'ing:
- Anytime loot/gold is delegated in a way that is unfair.
- Anytime loot/gold is delegated in a way not compliant with the original loot rules.
- Misloots that are never taken care of.
What is NOT considered ninja'ing:
- When performance requirements are stated to the raid before a boss. (like not dying to Icehowl's charge or obtaining a minimum DPS)
- Disconnects before loot distribution. I don't know what the game does there, but if the loot just disappears because it was never distributed then it's not a ninja.
- Misloots that are taken care of by the RL or obvious misloots. (like a hunter getting cloth gear)
- Locking items before a raid starts.

How to submit evidence:
Take screenshots of the ninja. Make sure these are timely, whole screen screenshots. I need to be able to see said person in the raid or the little yellow text that says they just left. Extend any chatboxes to show rolls if present and showing who the loot went to. Submitting screenshots of their loot rules with them makes my job 1000x easier and means you don't have to have a bunch of people backing you up. If you have no evidence, the best I can do is put their name in the Accused section.

Protip: Add names to your friendlist and give them notes. This way, if they namechange, they'll still be on your friendlist with the same note, and you'll know who it is.
