I'm pretty sure the oil spill is still the flavor of the month. Haiti needs to top that if they want some quality CNN time.

Would depend on the buyer. For example:

What might be a lot of money still might not be enough to buy you.

For some people, a lot of money is $100. Others $1000. Even though I'm certainly not wealthy, neither of these amounts would make me jump up and down screaming if I won them in a bet, or whatever. This is why I have trouble at the horse track. I can't afford to bet the amount it takes to get the juices flowing for me. So, what is a lot of money to me? $500k is a decent sum, but anything under about $10M is money you could easily spend up. But, I like the number $10M because I could manage that and live comfortably for the rest of my days, methinks.

As for buying me, it would take quite a lot guaranteed to get me to commit most crimes and several sex acts, but I'm sure there's a number out there somewhere. ;) And, don't bother trying to convince me that you can't be bought. There IS a number, however high.
