Yeah, so anytime I open IE, a smaller version also opens up. When I close one both go. I've searched every on google and found nothing of help, one suggested fix was do DL "A-Squared" which found nothing.

Anyone have any ideas and what are the negative effects of such a virus or w/e(I'm told it's Malware)

It seems it's just a part of IE 8, it has to do with the recover tabs feature or something, I hope that's all it is.
