I really can't do that much for you, rofl. I hit 80 and got welfare gear, but that's about the extent of my rogue experience this entire expansion.

Well, PvE Mutilate is pretty straightforward. Keep SnD up by spamming Envenom when you've got 5 CPs (which is always thanks to Mutilate being retarded efficient energy to CPs). I really haven't done any PvP short of ganking, which is pretty much the way it worked at 60. Everyone dies instantly, replace Eviscerate with Envenom.

How to PvP as a Rogue:

Assasination
1 - Cheapshot
2 - Mutilate
3 - Kidney Shot
4 - Mutilate
5 - Envenom

Subtlety
1 - Cheapshot
2 - Hemo
3 - Eviscerate
4 - Shadow Dance
5 - Cheapshot
6 - Ambush
7 - Kidney Shot

If at any point this retarded bullshit system fails for some reason, whore cool downs.

Basically, be a douche. You might not win, but you sure won't lose. Which is also why I quit rogue.

i can't give you tips for pvping as a rogue (except for hit killing spree and hope they die)

but i can give you / write you a lot of good macros for rogues to combine abilities. i have all my shit on just a few buttons basically.

whats the name of your rogue? what spec are you looking to use?

here is one that i find useful regardless of spec:

/cast [combat,nostealth,nomod]evasion

That will stealth you, vanish if you hold a modifier, distract if you're stealthed (will not destealth you to avoid accidental spam), and feint if you're in combat (50% aoe damage reduction). It will also cast evasion if you're in combat.

Takes care of a lot of shit. Have it bound to my mouse button. You could also have it cast sap if you're stealthed if you were inclined but I just put sap and gouge on the same button on my bar.

Also, depending on spec, there are probably half the abilities that you can just leave off your bar.

enter confinement zone alterac valley

sap enemy to group harmonics dissolve

hit 10 rank, hit exalted white wolf clan

barter lobotomizer, wear flesh of beetle

You know, I did all of that when my rogue was 60. Minus hitting 10 rank fist. 7 Rank Sword.
