Alright, Eturnalshift, this has gotten old. Final time:

-I'm entitled to what I paid for
-They could have actioned the issue instantly but did not, nor did they provide a timeframe
-Saying "we may or may not get back to you" is unacceptable arrogance towards the customer to whom they are ultimately beholden
-They claimed the issue had to be taken up with Billing and it was not, yet persistence got it actioned right off the bat and it took all of a minute
-I've had NUMEROUS experiences being given flatly wrong information by Bliz reps, and being told a technical problem is on my end - sometimes serially - only for it to eventually to be proven that the problem is on their end

You don't like me and will find any rationale to argue that I am in the wrong no matter the matter in question. And people who think that paying money for something doesn't entitle them to it make me fear for the future of a country with such pusillanimous citizens.

Yes, I have worked in customer service at Safeway. I have also dealt with customers of sorts in the Radiology dept. of Washington Hospital Center and the National Institutes of Health. If anyone in any of those places spoke to me the way you did, I would promptly leave. I would never be fired because I do a perfect job yet I retain my self-respect. Even if you, a future patient of mine, paid me a million dollars but decided to speak to me like that when I'M HELPING YOU, I would literally take a shit on your face before I even thought to examine you.
