even a flour tortilla can recognize that mel is crazy, just like MJ was galactically crazy, making both of them, and others like them, extremely easy targets for media destruction and monetary gain. it takes a lot of crazy to reach certain levels of fame/reknown, and crazy is easy to subvert and cannibalize.

it's obvious what that vacant russian is doing just by listening to her talk, or noticing her move the phone closer to her recorder, leaking high quality sound to her media sources. circle of life. gay, awful and easy, and the mark pays.

While Mel Gibson is clearly unbalanced, I think this whole thing is him just being a child with name-calling etc. This Russian ho obviously is trying to get money out of him...idk it's all so shady. Especially with the tapes being released etc.

Well, this week we learned that it's a felony to record someone without their knowledge in the state of California... unless you think you're in danger or something blah blah blah caveat. Now, some sources say Oksana is going to sue Mel for defamation of character because he called her names, like 'Gold digging cunt bitch.' Two things about this suit confuse me...

1) Is it his fault she released tapes to the world which show him calling her names? If private conversations were kept private, her character would remain in tact.

2) Was he wrong for calling her a 'Gold digging cunt whore'? She's going to sue him for defamation of character which, in this high-profile case, is going to most likely end in some out-of-court settlement or judgement, giving her the money she was after all along and validating his assertions, which, wouldn't be defaming if it's true... right?

What say you?

I'd be willing to argue that it isn't. Being sexist in this regard would be being hard-wired to be attracted to both sexes and only sleeping with women.

Kind of like being gay, you being attracted to women isn't a lifestyle choice, its just how you're coded.

Mel = Psychotic, insecure, douche.

Both are wrong for different reasons. However, I'm sorta rooting for Mel in that I don't want the ho to get any money...she obviously is a leech and taped Mel without his knowledge, then released it, all in an attempt to get money, or at the very least, damage his career. Bitch move if you ask me.
