not understanding why two (2) policemen would do something so wrong and so publicly, only to plead not guilty in spite of street corner cameras/dashcam. trendy to rag on the popo but what they did is like 16 year old stoner dumb. maybe the full story is that the old bicyclist noticed that the cruiser's brakes were malfunctioning, so he selflessly used his body to help halt the vehicle. pleased with himself, he began crying tears of joy and patriotism, yadda yadda yadda, and the rest is history.
