It's either a driver problem or a bad card. If no better drivers can be found replace the card. Also check ventilation within the case. In the short term, try running with open case and see if that helps.

There is a resolution in the IT world called PFM. That stands for Pure Fucking Magic. It typically is the fix for heat, server, phone, and retarded VP problems. It can occasionally cross over into the car repair or HVAC world as well.
