So you are self-righteous. You see yourself as better than everyone else - or nearly - and believe that God himself will see you favorably.
Which one of us is delusional?
You quoted me, and yet you didn't read what I wrote? I meant that I plan to do something to help people with the HOPE that God will see me favorably. I don't think making a ton of money is what will get me His favor. Show me where I asserted so arrogantly that God himself will view me favorably.

You think you are better than some people (such as me and, um, librarians), according to your values, and I in turn think I am better than some people according to my values. What gives you the right to claim absolute moral superiority?
No, just you. I'm sure many librarians have accomplished more than I have.
And nothing gives me that right, EXCEPT for the fact that you tried to belittle people and I am defending them (and myself). Do I prance about, preaching my moral superiority to every Tom, Dick and Harry that I encounter? No, but I do when someone tries to assert that they are superior when they are not. Eye for an eye, what can I say, I'm probably not mature enough to be the bigger person.
Listen, Aestu, I'm going to say this once. These personal attacks are getting old. Neither of us is going to convince the other. If you would change your attitude towards others (ie, quit calling them "filler" and making their accomplishments seem like nothing) then we can have some great discussions and perhaps learn a thing or two from one another.
