I don't mind people joining other guilds. I had to leave the guild I'd been with for 2 years to join Royal Militia. I did my best to part on good terms and I left after my own decision to leave with no help from anyone in Royal Militia encouraging me to leave.

so ITT: DU getting called out and whining

Anyone who is a new user that posts in this thread without an armory link in their signature will be permabanned, no questions asked or appeal possible.

You guys are free to argue about stuff, but if you can't adhere to the one real rule that we have, I don't really want you here.

EDIT: As a side note, its really interesting how DU is acting when they can't report their problems away. I don't even know your guild, but watching the people who we made this site to be free of squirm out of their environment is incredibly pleasing.

I'm incredibly lost.

If someone whispers you "Hey want to join our guild?" and the person leaves to join that guild, were they going to stick it out for a long time anyways?

Not saying it's the best recruitment strategy ever for guild relations, but I mean, how many people do they actually poach from guilds worth poaching from by sending a couple whispers? I wouldn't try to found my guilds around members like that either, can't make a ho a housewife.

But in all fairness, how does one "spy" on your applicants? Your app forums are private. Do we somehow know who you are whispering about applying, and then whisper them too?

I just joined a few days ago so I can't really say much about what the actual recruitment process is.

Looking over the guild list, you guys don't appear to have anyone cool with you. Also you've got Crownclown and Ipwnfaces, which pretty much auto makes you retards by association.

You Either PM an officer on said forums, or the threads are only visable by guild members and the person that created the thread. No outsiders. Making it so DU could not possibly "spy" or ninja recruit people who were applying to EI. So I really have no clue how Purples theory could make any sense.

EI app forums only became private recently when they were redone.
