For free because I'm awesome. I'm so tired of RNG and I feel so bad gemming expertise, losing to casters because of 3-5% dodge sucks!

Not sure if you're serious so...

Clearly since I can postion myself behind the target and account for skilled players trying to keep me away from their back and latency fucking me over the other half of of the time not to mention split second trinket/turn arounds. Gouge has to hit the front of the target. Sometimes getting behind your target is just not an option.

Like, I can tolerate taking a hit to my AP as long as my moves are landing. Being a rogue is all about the control, when you lose that control, you're fucked a good amount of the time.




Caster? Oh just get 4-6% hit and 75-130 spell pen and your moves will ALWAYS land(excluding special circumstances)!

Ranged? Just get 5-9% hit and maybe some spellpen and your moves will ALWAYS land(excluding special circumstances)!

Melee? Get 5-9% hit and try staying behind your target and your moves will ALWAYS land(excluding special circumstances)! glhf!

The set pants have the same amount of expertise.

If you don't have the wonderful sack, you should just build a set with the pants.

I just want the chest because it'd be rather easy to aquire and it has a huge amount of hit in addition to it's stats be a fair trade off for my wrathful chest. It's just the most bang for my buck. I think I have a friend who is a 25 man kingslayer, I'll see if I can get her lockout and I'll just do like 4 25 man ICC pugs lolol
