Sometimes I do think my time would be better spent on other things, but interpersonal relationships are never one of the things I contemplate spending time on. The decision to not do so is a very deliberate one.

My question is about your disinterest in interpersonal relationships. You seem to not be interested in meeting people in the real world but you post here on the forums and maintain relationships with all of us here - Some good and others bad - but relationships, nonetheless. How come this community is different than the community/campus where you live? I feel like you look at relationships as very unnecessary or just altogether bothersome which, if I'm right in this assessment, has always confused me as to why you stick around.

Would you be willing to tell a stranger in your neighborhood all about how much you hate your parents or how you feel about a majority of people? With someone who dislikes relationships as much as I think you do I find it strange that you'd share so much with us... but then again, I'm assuming you wouldn't share it with people in your community for two reasons: 1) You say you don't socialize much and 2) You find most people uninteresting and not worth sharing stories with.

To answer your question - I think this forum is very different from a real life community because here there isn't consequence for what you say.

A friend to everyone is a friend to no one.

I'm saying that I've shown on many occasions I behave little differently in real life than in game, and generally speaking I don't feel compelled to conceal or dissimulate. This is actually the main reason why I dislike socializing.

I'm more interested in how you went about farming Valan'yr. Like a step-by-step, if you don't mind. I've knocked out Thori'dal, two warglaives, and a half a Thunderfury. Not too interested in the 2h ones at this time, so my next target would be Valan'yr. Any info would help, or I might just wait til Cataclysm lol

Pretty sure he hosted Uld25 GDKP runs, and for every shard that dropped he added 500g to the pot.

GDKP = Gold DKP run. Items are auctioned off and the gold is added to the pot. At the end of the run, gold is equally divided up among all participants. :]
