Going to Grandma's and wondering why my Grandma loved Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Capn Crunch, Cookie Crisp, Cocoa Crispies etc so much.

It just dawned on me like 2 years ago...I was like 22 thinking about trips to her home in Texas over the summer.

My face when I realized she didn't actually share the same taste in cereal as us kids:

One of my Grandmas always made us tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwiches when we came over.

Didn't matter what was on TV, grilled cheese with soup owns.

I remember playing the TMNT Arcade NES game until 3AM one morning when I was in 1st or 2nd grade. My parents woke up and were pretty pissed.

Did anyone ever beat the first TMNT game on NES with that damn over-head city view? I'd always make it that far and now know what to do.

I don't get it. Unless you're saying she bought them just for you? Or that she was getting high. I don't know.

Yeah, thats "Turtles in Time". For the SNES

The first and second games were for the NES and nigh impossible. And yes, the first one with the overhead city view is a royal pain. I beat it as a kid but I haven't touched it since

Hardest thing we encountered as kids was the RC level on toy story and I got to be a pro at it, no one else could do it.
