I'm not even sure proportional is a necessity. My G/F thought she was going to have to order an E cup the last time she went bra shopping, and she's not huge (though she looks fat until you see her naked because her boobs are huge, and the style of dress she prefers does nothing to indicate that such is the case). I've enjoyed the presence of a variety of different shapes and sizes of boobs over the years, and I can tell you that it's not something most guys obsess over so long as they're getting a look at them.
