Everyone has habits...many of them are bad. So FUBU, what are your bad habits? Have you tried to break them? Have you been successful?


My bad habits:

Nail biting - I bite my nails quite a bit. I have tried to stop before, but have always been unsuccessful. I do it more when I'm stressed (obviously)

Porn - Porn viewing is a bad habit.

-nail biting
-Smoking - which I quit 4 years ago but I still find myself looking for an excuse to buy a pack every now and then.
-Sodas (not just a coke or so with dinner, many many per day)
-Forums at work (but it is still not as bad as my boss facebookstalking chicks 10 years younger than him).

Oh and with nail biting, I also bite the skin off the ends of my fingers. Not deep enough to bleed but pretty deep.

9 level 90s and 10 85s, Damn I need another hobby.

I bite the skin around my finger nails too. Freud theorized this is a form of oral fixation...IE we didnt get to suck our mothers titties enough as children. I've also heard that nail biters tend to masturbate more frequently and have higher sexual drives than non-nail biters.

I do all those things, except it's ok because my apartment is so small that I HAVE to eat at my desk, etc.

Um... I quit smoking a number of years ago.
