Is a cool guy who always addresses me as "Princess" due to a XBL conversation where i ended it in with "FUCK YOU I'M THE PRETTIEST PRINCESS" has thus decided to call me out on being out on being ignorant, and then added on top of this that "You are recist as well"...

I don't know honestly how to respond to this considering he's a nice guy and all who always seems to use "fag" as a insult everytime i'm around. So i called him out on being a homophobe, to which he yet again called me ignorant and then proceeded to call me racist again (keep in mind i'm not a gentleman who tosses the N-word around at all, and the most racist thing i can usually think of is a stereotypical joke.

So my question to you FUBU, is should i maintain my current beliefs on equality (Handicapped/Black/Chinese/ETC. should be treated the same as regular people, because if you treat them nicely you're treating them unequally when all they want is equality, IE: I will crack stereoypical remarks in front of black friends and friends of friends who are black [if they seem cool]) or should i be some kind of stuck up douchebag and treat different races better than my own for the sake of equality?

The first thing it seems you should do in such situations is ask this individual how you were being racist. If you are calling someone else out for using language that is obviously offensive and they counter your argument by saying that you yourself are the individual who should be reconsidering their word-choice, then they are clearly just a weak-minded individual who is attempting to avoid being seen as the inferior in the discussion by using an [Escape Rope].

alright perhaps i should explain, he called me ignorant, i called him a homophobe, he stated he has many homosexual associates and countered with "You're racist". I asked for an instance of my racism, he could not provide. My roomate interjects on his side stating that my stereotypical jokes are racists. I counter with the fact that a majority of stereotypes are based upon sociological and pedogogical background information which usually backs the stereotypical claims.

His friend and him leave.....and now i'm alone and seriously considering who the fuck cares about racism anymore with all the other things going on in the world.

Correction: Since when did making jokes and claimed based upon factual stereotypes make me a worst person and more ignorant than a man who relying on calling a person a "fag" as an insult?
