The whole movie is a giant political allegory. Nemo--and his father, alike--being the red fish are representative of Republicans. This is apparent with how Nemo's father goes about searching him: He asks for direction, but still does it himself once shown the way. Nemo even gets himself out of the tank by pulling himself up by his bootstraps. Meanwhile, you have the blue fish being shown in no positive light at all and is generally clueless in regards to doing anything right.

I'm on to you, Disney/Pixar...

edit: Also, Weena might remember sometime during summer of last year on one of his other screenshot/desktop threads, he requested the person's RL name. I put down Nemo back then.

1 year later, a thread sprung up on a forum, detailing concepts and events behind some "Nobody". The thread's now over 520 pages. Most of it is dreck, though. I laughed every time they nailed something.
