TBH, the best way of getting rid of a stalkerish ex is to threaten them with a restraining order. I've only actually needed to follow through on getting one 4 or 5 times. Usually they freak out, realize they are acting a little nutty, and book it. In general, girls will obey a restraining order and back off.

If she is still hanging around after that, you know you have a serious problem. At that point you would have to change your number, move, change your internet passwords and such, and possibly switch jobs. I've had to go through that before. It was not fun :p
