I don't care about this Dagery business, but i'd like to address a few things in Aestu's response:

The only reason I did not remove you earlier was to keep disruption to a minimum.
This seems like a half-truth to me. You wanted to keep disruption to a minimum to get the boss down, yes. However, you also realized that Purpledrink was doing very good DPS (and didn't want to go through the trouble of replacing him). Knowing that, you decided "okay, i'll let you help me down this boss, then won't give you a shot at loot in order to make my point about dissent in raids"
Just call it like it is, you were butthurt so you decided to use him and then make an example out of him.

Maybe I should have handled it differently...probably I should have.
It's nice to see you can admit fault.
However, I have one final question...just playing devil's advocate here:
Aestu, I know for a fact that you have joined many raids and will often speak up or disagree with the strategy of some RL. You aren't typically the kind of raider to sit back and be quiet unless everything is running smoothly.
If an RL were to make a glaring mistake that caused a wipe, or made the encounter a pain in the ass for healers, etc., you would be one of the first to speak up. You would also probably bitch that raid leader out, and possibly leave the raid in a huff. Do you deny that this is what you have done/would do?
My question to you is....had roles been reversed, and Purpledrink was making an error, in his raid, and you complained about it (which I believe you would), and he did the same exact thing to you (let you down the boss, then kicked you to not let you have a shot at loot and make his point of "i'm the boss, don't fuck with me"....how would you feel? Would you ever want to raid with him again?
