it still remains unanswered? hmmm. yes, niacin will make your skin hot and flushed so yes, making a girl take a shitload of it will make her skin hot and flushed. apart from her face looking ridiculous, she will be warm to the touch (if you find this enjoyable).

We're ignoring the other effects of niacin! (or many other B vitamins, really). The "niacin flush" doesn't only make the skin warmer - it also can make it feel itchy and irritated. Inc mood killer #1 lol

In addition, it sometimes affects specific parts of the skin as opposed to the skin as a whole. For example, sometimes it affects the stomach area, limb extremities, and neck. Aside from the last one, I don't think those parts are going to get too much attention during sexual activities.

Finally, as a B vitamin, niacin will make her more energetic which can mean the jitters, hyperactivity, and just plain annoying-ness. Inc mood killer #2! But we should try an experiment and find out. Taking niacin isn't dangerous (all B vitamins are water soluble). Lemme see if the gf is up for it and I'll let you know lol

When I bought one of those 5 Hour Power drinks for the first time I read the label and saw something about this niacin flush. Drank the whole thing and damn did it feel weird as hell that time. Now I never get any feeling remotely close to it.

thats why i make them jog for 10 minutes and do 30 situps beforehand.
