Caught a cute little Chihuahua (that is saying something, because I generally think they are ugly) that was running in the street today. It has super long nails and is skinny as hell :( It's fur is all matted and it is TERRIFIED of people. Iggy says it belongs to a nearby neighbor and they let it out all the time. I almost hit it with my car :(

I hope those ***holes never have kids. If this is how they treat a poor little animal, I wonder how they'll treat kids :evil: Off to take the little guy to the animal shelter :(

I'm going to ask to be first in line to take the dog if no one claims him. My dad would love this little guy, and he'd live like a king at their place. Of course, it is not my animal, so I am legally required to take him to the shelter within 24 hours.

Seriously >.< If you guys knew my dad you'd wonder just like me :P This little thing is REALLY cute though. And I freaking hate Chihuahuas.

I am still so mad that someone could treat a little guy so poorly. I've got him all snuggled up in one of the dog's shearling blankets with some food and water. I can't take him to the shelter until after the baby wakes up from his nap :P

If animals count as property and you reasonably suspect it belongs to someone, you may have to inquire before handing it to a shelter. I realize animals are kind of a gray area, though, and welfare considerations may apply.

They opened up in Quebec a couple years ago, they were all over USA/Canada before. I don't if it's true or not but popular rumour is that taco bell's beef was too low quality to meet Quebec's minimum standards.

Now there's TB in Quebec... so did their meat quality go up, or Quebec's standards go down!?
