I like how being called a virgin is one of the textbook internet/gamer insults.

I've been called one in trade chat before, and also in a PUG group.

I mean...it's kind of funny..."oh yea, well you've never been laid!" or "oh yeah, well you can't get girls!"

Since it's untrue, it has never bothered me. However, even if it were true...I don't think it would bother me. I don't see someone who hasn't had sex yet as a failure or as a loser. It just means

1. They aren't a slut
2. They haven't met the right person yet

Our society places way too much emphasis on the idea of virginity. The girl I'm kinda seeing right now is a virgin...and I could care less. Also, she didn't want to tell me because every other guy has just pestered her for sex after finding out. Kinda pathetic on their part if you ask me. If I get to bang her...great...if not, than whatever. Losing/taking one's virginity is not some damn prize, and people need to stop looking at it that way.
